Prof. Dr. Katrin Klodt-Bußmann
Katrin Klodt-Bußmann has been a lawyer in international commercial law firms for M&A/Corporate Law from 1999 to 2004 and then Corporate Counsel and Association Lawyer from 2004 to 2011, most recently Head of Legal/Insurance/M&A in Vienna for a leading global manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles.
She has been a Professor of International Business Law since 2012 and has also taught as a Visiting Professor of World Trade Law at the University of Technology in Sydney in 2019. From 2017 to 2021, she has been a member of the advisory board of a legal cost funder. Katrin Klodt-Bußmann has been a member of the German Institution of Arbitration since 2014.
Since the end of 2020 Of Counsel at Adolf|Lantschner Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, Rechtsanwälte (Attorneys at Law).
She has been a Professor of International Business Law since 2012 and has also taught as a Visiting Professor of World Trade Law at the University of Technology in Sydney in 2019.
